About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified First Aid Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first aid treatment, maintaining medical supplies, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards, and fostering a safe environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid assistance in cases of illness, injury, or accidents.
• Maintain and regularly inspect first aid kits, equipment, and supplies.
• Accurately record and report all first aid treatments and incidents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies.
• Conduct health and safety awareness sessions for staff on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers when required.

Requirements:

• Certified in First Aid and CPR (recognized certification).
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and respond quickly in emergencies.

Job Summary
The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s day-to-day operational activities. This role ensures that processes run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to improve productivity, streamline procedures, and support overall operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations.
• Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations.
• Address operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Support budgeting and resource planning activities.
• Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and task allocation when required.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or service industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or operations software tools.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.

Employment Type: 12-hour rotational shift
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
Overtime: PKR 20,000 (applicable if performing a 12-hour shift)
