Qualification: B.tech (Electronics)
Experience: 4-5years
Salary: 60,000 to 70,000/-
Job duties:
- Design Maintenance Strategies, procedure and method, and develop Documents according to preventive , breakdown
- Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment's Faults
- Good Knowledge of Mechanical, electrical ,Safety ,HVAC, Compressors ,Fire Alarm and controlling
- Control Maintenance tools , stores and equipment's , and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists
- Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas
- Proper data collection and maintain the facilities maintenance schedule
- Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues and flexibility availability for 24/7 stand by duties and emergencies call.

Direct the month-end and year-end close processes for the manufacturing facility.

Analyze Gross-to-Net (GTN) revenue, accounting for rebates, chargebacks, and returns.

Maintain accurate Standard Costing for all SKUs, including raw materials and packaging.

Perform Variance Analysis on labor, materials, and overhead to identify production bottlenecks.

Manage Inventory Valuation, ensuring compliance with FIFO/LIFO and monitoring for obsolete or expired pharmaceutical stock.

Ensure all financial reporting meets industry-specific standards and local statutory requirements.

Track and analyze spending on Research & Development and clinical trials to ensure projects stay within budget.

Oversee the costing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), packaging, and batch-level production costs.

Lead internal and external audits, focusing on transparency and the prevention of revenue leakage in complex distribution channels.

Job Specifications
Experience: 15+ years in finance.
Minimum 5–7 years in a leadership
capacity within the Pharmaceutical.
Education: CA/ ACCA/ CMA.
